The conference format will feature plenary and invited lectures, and poster presentations. The scientific presentations will be accompanied by an instrument exhibit, and an exciting social program, using the cultural and natural settings of New England as a backdrop.
Submitted abstracts will be considered for poster presentation and/or promoted talks. Abstracts presented at the conference will be published by the American Institute of Physics as a topical conference proceedings.
